The best time to visit kudumari falls is from November to January when there is no rainfall. Avoid going in the months of monsoon, as the water level might be higher causing difficulty for the trekkers to trek in the waterfall.

By Road
Udupi is well connected by the major cities like Bangalore and Mangalore. From Udupi you need to visit Chaktikal village by renting a taxi or bus which is 93 Kms. From chaktikal village waterfall is an almost 2 hours trek.
By Train
Kundapura is the nearest railway station to reach Kudumari Falls. After that you can hire a bus or taxi to reach Chaktikal village
By Air
Mangalore Airport is the nearest airport if you want to visit Kudumari Falls. From there you can hire a taxi or bus to reach the destination.
