The Art of Living is a non-profit organization that was founded in 1981. This organization has a mission to empower people from all walks of life to discover, explore, and express their full potential. Over the years, the Art of Living has expanded to over 350 locations internationally, offering meditation programmes and services such as yoga classes, stress management workshops, and humanitarian projects.
